Memorable moments

My time at the ipNX Call Center was a valuable
period of continuous learning, as I engaged with a wide range of customer personalities
and resolved various complaints. These experiences significantly contributed
 to my professional growth and performance 
over the years. During this time, I also built 
long-lasting relationships and friendships
many of which have endured for over a decade. 

Lessons learnt

One of my greatest lessons is the ability to adapt to change. Also, I have learnt to actively use feedback as a tool for self-improvement and growth.

I’ve learned to overcome limiting beliefs by recognizing that not being proficient at something now doesn’t mean I can’t master it over time.I’ve also come to understand that stepping outside my comfort zone begins with a shift in mindset. Additionally, I’ve embraced that delegating tasks is not about losing control but about building trust and working  more efficiently as a team. 

Philosophy of life

Failure is not a “final” outcome, 
but an opportunity to reassess and try a 
different approach.
