About Me
My name is Ejiro Ogufere and I joined ipNX in August 2015 as an HR Officer. Prior to my full time employment with ipNX, I served as a pre-service intern within the company. I attended the University of Lagos where I acquired my 1st degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management now known as Human Capital Management. I have over 5 years of professional and progressive experience in HR ranging from Talent Management, HR Operations, Business Writing as well as Employee Relations. I have had the opportunity to grow immensely in my career and contribute to the company’s operational and strategic goals. I am highly driven and my core values are centered around continuous improvement, integrity, loyalty and excellence. I enjoy cooking, fixing things and spending time with loved ones.
