I am passionate about impacting financial & organizational growth. An excellent resource manager able to motivate and influence cross functional teams to achieve excellence in a matrix organization, equipped with a creative mind and a strategic forward thinking orientation which enables effectiveness in solving everyday business and strategic problems.

Olayinka holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry from Bayero University Kano; ongoing MBA at the University of Roehampton, UK as well as other certifications from the prestigious Harvard Business school, Lagos Business school and the Ausso Leadership academy.
