Memorable Moment

A significant memorable moment for me was the rollout of the iWireless service (SOMA – the Black Leader) in Port Harcourt. The fascination of customers to this product gave me a very deep satisfaction… I truly didn’t know when I added “Sales” to my job role, as I sold so many of those boxes to as many as I could convince….lol.

Another memorable moment for me was the completion of the first Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) project in Port Harcourt. This was at Transamadi Gardens. Customer uptake of our FoS service at this Estate was electrifying; the service was thrilling…10Mbps Internet service (as at then) to a home; at ‘shikini moni”?????…too good to be true! It was indeed amazing watching an excited customer turn his house to a “Mecca” of sort when he used his large smart TV screen to display the capabilities of the FOS service to other “yet to be initiated (into the FOS class) residents”… talk about bragging right?!
