Joy is an enthusiastic Sales professional, with strong business ethics, a strategist, and a valuable player in any team. She is a motivational speaker, a counsellor, a song writer and a worship leader. She is also involved in several philanthropic forums.

I am proud and thankful to be part of the great minds in ipNX. I have been positively influenced and shaped over the years and i can confidently say i have grown to someone i can respect. It is a privilege to have been part of the team that started the Eastern Regional Office Operations in 2004 and also very exciting as a sales person to be associated with a brand known for vintage and innovative products. Most importantly i am proud to be recognized for Leadership, mentorship and excellent Team Building.

There have been several memorable moments through the years in ipNX, the following still leave a landmark in my heart:

• My first big HUG from (Kofoworola Osibanjo the 1st Regional Manager East in 2004), as I brought in my first contract award of 64Kpbs FWA Internet Access for Pearlorb Nigeria Limited.
• The unbelievable joy of satisfaction in the eyes of our first PHC i-wireless customer as the Soma Modem connected him to the internet and the very satisfied laughter from our very first FTTH customer in Trans-Amadi Gardens.
• The excitement of Abuloma Community Secondary School Students as we delivered chairs & table to their school during as part of ipNX (CSR) project for Abuluoma Community in Rivers State.
• Receiving the title Lolo 1 of ipNX at the ESGS recipient award ceremony in 2012.

Working in ipNX clearly affirms the fact that evolution and innovation can only be stimulated through continuous focus on learning and improving of our mindset. However, to achieve overall success with our learning we must enhance collaboration.
