Bimbo Akinbaloye is a consummate service enthusiast. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from UniIlorin and MBA in general Management from Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. Transiting from the academic environment into working with a private enterprise was a challenge I was eager to accept. Over the last 15 years, I have had the privilege to lead teams and functions across the organization from engineering operations, product management, business solutions development and Customer service assurance.

Few years ago, when I saw some young engineers that I have managed straight out of school developing into excellent leaders and managers. I was so proud the day the first set received their letters after due evaluation and recommendation. Leadership development is a passion for me.

I have a couple of moments that have been remarkably impactful on me. I remember receiving a feedback from a director about the quality and structure of an email correspondence I had with one of our client while I was still much younger. I can still remember how that feeling impacted me for several weeks.
