About me
I joined ipNX in 2015 as a graduate trainee, became an i-TAC engineer is 2016, became the team lead TAC support (Retail/Corporate) in 2018, and now, I am the team lead TAC support (Corporate).
One thing you're proud of (an achievement, trait, skill):
I have been able to develop industry standard service management and support skills. I am able to manage complex problem scenarios and provide technical solutions to service problems, using a little to achieve so much.
Most interesting moment while in ipNX:
When I had the opportunity to re-structure the support team to the service management model at the commencement of the delineation. A very exciting and challenging season.
